No later than 6pm on the Thursdays before each service - All Songs, Hymns, Anthems, Preludes, Postludes, etc. (Song Title, Hymn #, Author/Publishing info) - All Scripture passages the Pastor wants on the screen - The Title of the Sermon/Message - All Sermon Support elements (Pictures, Videos, Music) - All special activities (Communion, Graduation, etc.) - All Congregational Responses | - Your name, email and phone # - Name/description of your event - Date and time (start & stop) of event - Setup and cleanup times (when will you start setting up, when will you be done cleaning up) - Desired room or building - Estimated # of people Send requests to robinsonchurchnews@bellsouth.net |
| Reserving our facilities for your group | Weddings, funerals, burials, cemetery plots |
| We are happy to discuss options with you for reserving our facilities for your group. To ensure that these facilities are maintained for many to use in the future, we require a legal agreement to be signed by you. There are two types of agreements - one for ongoing usage (multiple events of the same type such as sporting practices) and one for single-use events (such as weddings or parties) which require attendance by RPC stewards. | If your function is a wedding, funeral, or burial, please contact the church office so we may provide the appropriate the appropriate assistance for you. If you wish to purchase a cemetery plot, please consult our cemetery policy. If you wish to have your wedding at Robinson, please familiarize yourself with our wedding policy. |
